Along with free YMCA Pathway programs and financial assistance, Cause members’ monthly contribution supports vital YMCA feeding programs. As of August 20, as a USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), River Crossing YMCA has provided 5,341 lunches to our Cabrini campers in Fairless Hills. Summer Camp at Cabrini serves, on average, 152 campers per day. At the Morrisville Growing Up Wild Camp we have served 1,580 breakfasts and lunches to young campers.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) ensures that children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. It helps fill the nutrition gap during the summer months, providing healthy meals to kids who might otherwise go without.

“It was the first Camp for my 3 year old daughter. The first thing that I was worried about was camp food. My daughter is a picky eater and I used to pack her lunch with different options. I was surprised that Maria started eating at the camp. Even at home she started eating more healthy food. In camp they provide a different variety of fruits and vegetables. My daughter started asking for milk for breakfast. I also started buying more healthy choices for my whole family. Thank you so much for your hard work!” - Kate - parent at the YMCA Morrisville Growing Up Wild program.

Your CAUSE membership matters so much to our summer campers for financial assistance to attend and provide the resources for these essential meal programs. Thank you!
