Monthly Cause membership provides many families in our communities access to swim lessons for their children, which first and foremost teaches them how to be safe in and around water. Here’s what Shane, one of our Hunterdon County dads, said about his family’s swim instruction experience:
“My wife and I have been pleased with the many ways our children have benefited from swim lessons at the Y. Swimming was one of the first athletic activities our children were able to do well at, and the example of how consistent practice can pay off has made early struggles in other sports easier to overcome. Pool parties and beach days are much more fun and less stressful now that the kids don't require constant hand-holding. On top of all this, swim lessons are a fun time to meet and be around friends.”
