Join Us in Building a Better Future for Community Youth

Now, more than ever, our youth need the YMCA, positive mentorship and connection.

With a long history of serving youth age 6 weeks to young adulthood, River Crossing YMCA provides programs and facilities that grow with them through their journey of adolescence into adulthood. Together we build confident, empowered kids, establish healthy habits and address the mental and physical well-being of our youth.

Join us in creating an epicenter for youth and the entire community through an exciting facility and program renovation project that will:

  • Build a state-of-the-art gymnastics center
  • Create additional gymnasium/field house
  • Offer additional community programs

Take the pledge and join us in building a brighter future for youth in Upper Bucks County.

Destination Quakertown

Strengthening our relationships with people, partners and providers will promote growth in the community’s overall health and economy, making Quakertown even more of a destination for families and businesses to thrive.

Our Y is Best Positioned to Serve Our Community's Youth

Already, the Y serves youth in our community through:

  • Programs and Services for ages 6 weeks through young adulthood

According to the US Dept of Health and Human Services

Young people may have fewer behavioral problems and may be better prepared for a successful transition to adulthood if they have a variety of opportunities to learn and participate at home, at school, in community-based programs and in their neighborhoods.

According to Search Institute’s Developmental Assets Research

The presence of non-parental role models has a positive impact on youth development and resiliency, and prevention.

Make a Statement

The transformation of our building will be a major statement to our community that it's our moment to reclaim the physical and mental health and wellbeing for all of our children. We will make this possible through a facility that provides programs, opportunity, and staff who will help our children flourish, form friendships, and most importantly, be the place that believes in the potential of every youth and teen. This transformation will be funded through our campaign. A campaign that is much more than dollars…it is built on a shared belief that healthy, engaged, active kids are our future.
