While sitting in the Doylestown Hospital infusion center for cancer treatments in 2018, Larry saw a brochure about THRIVE, YMCA of Bucks County’s cancer wellness program. He participated in the program with a small group of cancer survivors while undergoing his treatments and continues his health and wellness journey as a Y member in the Lap Pool and Wellness Center.  

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, YMCA of Bucks County is launching Operation Compassion, a donor funded program that will provide assistance to their community, members, participants and staff who need help during this sustained time of uncertainty.
